Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3/GHMC submitted that the municipal authorities are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner over the schedule property as it is a private property. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. However, no relief can be granted against the unofficial respondents Nos. 4 and 5. The petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
