HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.153 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.350 of 2012 of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 406, 506 IPC r/w 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a final report referring the above crime after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
