Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order direction or writ particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or appropriate writ (i) declare the notification published in the daily news paper, Andhra Jyothi dated 21.01.2015 in so far as earmarking Prakashnagar (Kummaribasthi) against the roster point No.14 under B.
C-C as illegal, unjust and contrary to the rule of reservation; (ii) declare that Prakashnagar (Kummaribasthi) (29th Ward) be earmarked for Open Competition in the notification; (iii) and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Mini Aganwadi Worker; The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 09-022015 & 02-03-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt.
