HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.34620 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 14.05.2014 passed in O.A.No.3284 of 2014 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, the present writ petition has been filed. Since the present writ petition is filed against the interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal, and that if the main OA is still pending, it would also have been transferred to this Court and renumbered as WP(TR), this writ petition cannot be adjudicated. However, since interim order was passed in the year 2014 and due to the

efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedies in the main transferred writ petition itself. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
