THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.27871 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner, as illegal, contrary and against the principles of natural justice with consequential direction to respondent No.3 to register the FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.12.2019.

Heard Sri M.P. Kashyap, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 17.12.2019, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, the 3rd respondent authority registered a case vide Crime No.658 of 2019 under Sections 147, 447, 504, 506 read with 149 IPC on 16.12.2009 and the matter is under investigation. Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, as the complaint has been registered and the matter being enquired into, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
