HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24411 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in proceeding to demolish the own residential house of the petitioner No.2 to 10, by colluding with respondent No.6; and in trying to dispossess the petitioner Nos.2 to 10 from their own residential houses situated at Sy.No.264 at Paidipalli Village, Warangal Mandal.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that as of now there is no complaint regarding land in Survey No.264 at Paidipalli Village, Warangal Mandal, as such, question of interference of the police does not arise. It is also stated that the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes and other allegations are denied.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes or life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
