When the matter is listed on 07-03-2017 there is no representation for the petitioners, again the matter is listed on 02-06-2017 there is no representation for the petitioners. As such, the matter was directed to be posted today for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called in the morning and in the after-noon, there is no representation for the petitioners. This shows that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
