...RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with orders in OA No.353 of 2009 dated 4-6-2010 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad and quash or set aside the same as arbitrary, and opposed to settle principles of service jurisprudence in so far as directing the respondents 1to 3 to maintain status-quo and consequently hold that the petitioners are entitled to be continued as Section Engineers with all consequential benefits.
