THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.849 OF 2015 JUDGMENT:

This Appeal is filed assailing the decree and judgment dated 14.08.2015 in A.S.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Avanigadda.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
