THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISOIN PETITION No.1902 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri VSR Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty a prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
