ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed questioning the appointment of the 6th respondent and now, the petitioner is on the verge of retirement.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is on the verge of retirement, this Court cannot give a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services as Secondary Grade Teacher. There are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
