This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.1055 of 2023 on the file of Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences under Sections 406 and 42O of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 and perused the record. 3.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences \ t t alleged against the petitioners are less than seven years, q this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner/Accused to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 25.10.2023 between O2:O0 p.m. and O4:OO p.m. The Investigating Oflicer is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. ald also the guidelines formulated by the Honble Supreme Court in
