HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5069 of 2007 ORDER:

This revision is preferred questioning order dated 13.06.2007 in I.A.No.1777 of 2005 in A.S.(S.R.) No.7099 of 20015 on the file of Principal District Jude, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.

2. Respondents herein filed I.A.No.1777 of 2005 to condone delay of 45 days in preferring appeal against decree and judgment dated 15.03.2005 in O.S.No.517 of 1997 on the file of I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy, and that application was allowed on merits on costs of Rs.250/- and questioning the same, present revision is preferred.

3. This revision was once dismissed for default on 12.02.2008 and on the application filed by revision petitioner herein, default order was set aside and revision was restored to file and thereafter four adjournments were granted, but no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case.

Today when the matter is taken up, neither advocate for revision petitioner present nor any representation is made. Considering these aspects, I am of the view that the revision is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Accordingly, revision is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed. No costs.
