Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived, as it is convenient for both the parties to travel and that train facility even to the transfer petition respondent/husband from Hyderabad to Guntur, the transfer C.M.P. is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.570 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is withdrawn and transferred to the Judge, Family Court, Guntur. The Judge, Family Court, Guntur, shall not insist the personal appearance of the parties herein if representing through advocate under Section 13 of the Family Courts Act, if any, but for reconciliation and for giving of evidence.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
