Petitioner's grievance is that she was earlier employed with the 2nd respondent, and after coming into force the A.P. Reorganization Act, 2014, she had exercised an option to work in the State of Andhra Pradesh, and accordingly she was allotted to the said State, but the 2nd respondent has not forwarded her Service Register as well as her Last Pay Certificate under RPS, 2015 to the 3rd respondent to enable the petitioner to claim salary from 31.12.2015 onwards.

2. The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 and 2 states that the 2nd respondent will forward the Service Register as well as the Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forward the Service Register as well as the Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner under RPS, 2015 to the 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
