This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.169 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bodhan.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
