It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.24498 of 2017 and batch by order dated 25.07.2017. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise. Following the above order in W.P.No.24498 of 2017 and batch, dated 25.07.2017, and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
