In spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner both in the forenoon session as well as in the post noon session. on earlier occasion also, i.e., on23.09.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.
