HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP. No.34802 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's land had been submerged in Kinnerasani Project in 1986 but no compensation was paid to the petitioner, that the petitioner had sought employment for her son, who had passed ITI in appropriate post in the 1st respondent organization vide representation dt.24.08.2016, but the said representation has not been considered by the 1st respondent till date.

Sri K.Udayasri, Standing Counsel for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
