It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that despite the existence of the validly granted permission, dated 30.06.2017, for construction of Stilt+ 1 Ground+ 3 Upper floors, the respondent authorities are interfering with the construction of 4th floor.

If the construction permission exists as on today, the respondent-authorities shall not interfere with the construction activity of 4th floor by the petitioner herein. It is made clear that if any deviations are found, the respondents are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
