The criminal petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.241 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 498-A, 323 read with Section 109 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

CRLPMP.No.9950 of 2017 is filed by the second respondent - de facto complainant to record compromise with the petitioners/ accused 2 to 4 and quash the proceedings in CC.No.241 of 2013, referred to above, against the petitioners/ accused 2 to 4. 4.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that A1, A5 and A6 filed petitions before this Court for quash of the proceedings pending against them and this Court by orders in CRLPMP.Nos.10006 and 10007 of 2017 in CRLP.No.9221 of 2013 dated 26.10.2017 and CRLPMP.No.11563 of 2017 in CRLP.No.9696 of 2013 dated 27.10.2017 quashed the proceedings. The said orders would show that the proceedings against the petitioners therein were quashed based on the factum of settlement arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties through their GPA holders are present before the Court. The GPA's of both the parties are filed into the Court. The counsel and the parties submit that the parties have settled the

matter amicably and executed the memorandum of understanding and the terms of compromise are also appended.

The aforesaid compromise of the parties is recorded. In the result, CRLPMP.No.9950 of 2017 is ordered. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the further proceedings against the petitioners/ accused 2 to 4 in CC.No.241 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are hereby quashed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
