Sri Laxmaiah Kanchani, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 15.06.2017, submits that this Tr.C.M.P. is filed to transfer O.P. No.44 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Bhongiri. But the respondent in the said Tr.C.M.P. died and hence the O.P. No.44 of 2015 was closed. Therefore, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P. since the matter has become infructuous.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Tr.C.M.P. is closed.
