This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has not complied the orders of this Court dated 22.07.2016 in W.P.No.23948 of 2016.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied the orders of this Court dated 22.07.2016 in W.P.No.23948 of 2016. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
