Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the inclusion of Survey No.189/2 under the notification issued under Section 22A of the Registration Act, notifying the property in Survey No.189/2 of Etukuru village under the prohibited list, along with liberty to challenge the Endorsement dated 20.12.2014 of the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar.

2. Liberty granted with regard to both the prayers independently.
