THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13300 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the Investigating Officer, Chinthapally Police Station, to complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2015 as early as possible.

The petitioner herein filed a complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Devarakonda against the respondents 2 to 7 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC. The learned Magistrate referred the matter to the Station House Officer, Chinthapally Police Station, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for investigation. On receipt of the complaint, the Station House Officer, registered a case in Crime No.49 of 2015 against the respondents No.2 to 7 under Sections 420, 468, 471 read with 34 IPC.

The only contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the concerned Station House Officer may be directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2015 as early as possible.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Station House Officer, Chinthapally Police Station, is hereby directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and file final report.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this

Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
