THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18874 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Mr B.P.Raju, counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioners are complaining inaction against respondents in either making General Diary entry or registering FIR on the complaints dated 02.07.2012, 31.08.2012, 01.09.2012 and 11.09.2012.

The petitioners are not in a position to state the subsequent developments, if any, during the pendency of the writ petition and also the Assistant Government Pleader.

The 1st respondent in accordance with law looks into the complaints and communicates the outcome to petitioners within two (02) months thereafter. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
