Following the above referred judgment in W.P.No.2049 of 2009 dated 02.06.2009 and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent herein to consider the application made by the petitioners herein seeking permission to construct building without insisting on production of 'No-Objection Certificate' from the District Collector, if the application is made in accordance with law.
