HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24413 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 5 and 6 in calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering with his life and liberty. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions given by the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda District stating that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.166 of 2017 is registered against one Mr.Seleti Sagar and others for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 504 read with Section 34 IPC and after completion of investigation, charge-sheet is filed. It is stated that respondent No.4 never called the petitioner to the police station. The Superintendent of Police also stated in the written instructions that they conducted enquiry and found that the allegations made by the petitioner are not correct.

It is also stated that the petitioner is not at all required in any other case registered by Shaligouraram Police Station and the Superintendent of Police also instructed the Circle Inspector of Police, Shaligouraram Police Station not to summon the petitioner, unless a crime is registered against him by following due procedure.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a

sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
