HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24442 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.4 to 6 in calling the petitioner to the police station at the behest of 7th respondent, without there being any registration of complaint against the petitioner; and in threatening the petitioner to transfer the property in the name of the 7th respondent and thereby interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 7th respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that as on today 7th respondent has not made any complaint against the petitioner and no crime is registered against the petitioner. The allegations that the respondents 4 to 6 calling the petitioner to the police station at the behest of the 7th respondent and also threatening the petitioner to transfer the property in the name of 7th respondent, were also denied. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
