ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 29.10.2010, in O.A.No.16 of 2010 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad - respondent No.4 and consequently, to direct the respondents to grant family pension to the petitioner with effect from 02.11.2004, the date on which her husband died, with interest at 12% per annum.

2. Mr.N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 03.02.2016, to the Registry, wherein he has, inter alia, stated that he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, Mr.Sk.Rizwan Ali, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

3. In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.20984 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
