This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed against the order dated 13.09.2012 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Thorrur, in I.A.No.418 of 2012 in O.S.No.108 of 2008. The petitioner herein filed the said I.A under Order XXVI Rule 9 r/w Section 151 C.P.C seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner and the same was dismissed by the Court below.

During the pendency of this revision, no stay was granted. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was dismissed on 16.08.2013.

In view of dismissal of the main suit, the subject matter of this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
