ORDER

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the above Criminal Revision Case and that a letter 21.01.2015 has already been filed in the Registry in that regard and that therefore, the matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal". Having regard to the submissions in the letter dated 21.01.2015 and also the submissions now made, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
