This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in rejecting the application of the petitioner for renewal of arms licence by proceedings dated 30.01.2016.

Since there is a provision for appeal against the said proceedings, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail the said remedy within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
