HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.643 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed after hearing both sides.

Having regard to the nature of allegations, it is not fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, it is ordered that the investigation shall continue. However, the Police of Chikkadpally Police Station are directed to strictly follow the provisions under Section 41-A Cr.P.C towards petitioner/ accused-Sri Abdul @ Mohammed Lateef during the course of investigation. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation and tender the copies of the records which he relies upon and deems as necessary for the investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is ordered. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
