This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.104 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kesavapatnam Police Station, Karimnagar registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

On 03.08.2017 as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
