HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9368 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made application on 21-05-2015 to the 2nd respondent as per Rules 143 and 147 of Petroleum Rules, 2002 for grant of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for establishment of retail outlet at the Jeedimetla area. Basing on the same, the 2nd respondent has called for report from the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer, who submitted report on 21-05-2016. Inspite of the same, the 2nd respondent is not disposing the application of the petitioner for grant of NOC. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 21-05-2015 in accordance with law and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
