Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent authorities authorities in interfering with the civil disputes i. e., in respect of the land in Sy Nos. 310 Ac.14-24 guntas, Sy. No. 311 Ac.13-03 guntas and in Sy. No. 312, Ac.11-24 guntas, total extent of Ac 39.11 Gts situated at Budwel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, R R Dist as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to interfere in the civil dispute i.e., in respect of the land in Sy. Nos. 310 Ac.14-24 guntas, Sy. No. 311 Ac 13-03 guntas and in Sy. No. 312 Ac 11-24 guntas, total extent of Ac.39.11 Gts situated at Budwel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, R R Dist."

Learned counsel for the petitioner strenuously contended that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes in respect of the land in Sy.No.310, 311 and 312 to an extent of Ac.39.11. guntas situated at Budwel village, Rajendra Nagar mandal.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 placed on record, the written instructions dated 5.1.2015 issued by the Sub-Inspector Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating that five crimes have been registered in respect of the said Survey Numbers. Pursuant to the said registration of the crimes, investigation is being taken up. In fact, taking into consideration the state of affairs and in the interest of maintenance of public peace, tranquillity and public order, a suo-moto case was registered vide Cr.No.1297 of 2014 under Section 145 Cr.P.C on 30.12.2014 and a detailed report was submitted to the learned First Class Executive Magistratecum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranga Reddy district for initiation of proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. The matter is pending with the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar Division, Ranga Reddy district. Except taking the above said steps, the respondent police have not interfered in the civil disputes in respect of the above said Survey Numbers. 5.

In the light of the said statement made in the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
