HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1033 of 2010 ORDER:

This revision is filed assailing an interlocutory order passed in an interlocutory application in O.S.No.2369 of 2007 on the file of learned VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Medchal. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the suit was dismissed on 30.12.2015 and that, therefore, this revision has become infructuous. However, he also submits that since the suit is dismissed for default, liberty may be given to file a fresh revision or to seek the remedies, which the law permits, in the event the suit is restored to file.

Recording the submissions and reserving liberty as sought for, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 21st October 2016 ajr
