Learned standing counsel produced Office Order dated 06.07.2017 issued by the Regional Manager, Mahabubnagar, granting promotion to the petitioner on par with the juniors and also protected his seniority on par with the juniors. He, therefore, states that order of this Court is complied with. However, the order of Regional Manager is silent on pay fixation, revision of pay. 2.

Learned standing counsel, on instructions, submits that immediate steps would be taken for re-fixation of pay from the date of granting of promotion on par with the juniors. 3.

Recording the same, contempt case is closed. There is no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
