When the matter is taken up, it is represented by both sides that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25589 of 2019 dated 20.11.2019 and requested to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the said order. Copy of the order is filed along with the writ petition.

Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded herein, this writ petition is disposed in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
