THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.35158 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the e-auction notice, dated 22.09.2015, by which, auction of the property in question was scheduled to be held on 27.10.2015.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for respondent - Bank, that pursuant to the auction notice, dated 22.09.2015, no auction was held on 27.10.2015 for want of bidders and hence, the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If there are any discrepancies in the account of the petitioners, it is open to them to approach the respondent - Bank by way of a representation and in such an event, we are sure that the respondent - Bank will look into the matter and take appropriate steps. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
