THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.27902 of 2019 ORDER:

It is agreed by both sides that issue involved in the writ petition is issuing Shortfall Letter dated 30.07.2019 indicating to submit NOC from the revenue authorities.

Basing on instructions issued by the revenue department that the subject lands belong to Government and NOC is required and squarely covered by the order dated 20.11.2019 of this Court in W.P.No.25589 of 2019.

Since both parties agreed that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 20.11.2019 of this Court in W.P.No.25589 of 2019, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
