HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 343 OF 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 23.02.2006 passed by the II Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry, in I.A. No.1550 of 2005 in O.S. No.70 of 2005.

On verification, it is learnt that the suit in O.S. No.70 of 2005 itself was disposed of on 12.10.2009.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
