HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31199 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in entertaining the appeal/revision filed by the 4th respondent for cancellation of pattadar pass book and title deeds issued in favour of petitioners in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.50 cents in RS.No.409/14 and Ac.2.00 cents in RS.No.409/15 of Ravicherla Village, Nuzvid Mandal, Krishna District, inspite of civil litigation is pending with regard to very same property vide OS.No.43/2014, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that notices were issued to the petitioners in the said revision filed by the 4th respondent.

As already notices were issued to the petitioners it is open for the petitioners to file objections, as such, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all their objections before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall consider the said objections before passing final orders in the revision. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
