THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER C.M.P. NO.797 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Transfer C.M.P. is filed to withdraw FCOP (HMOP) No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada Krishna District to the Judge Family Court, Guntur, Guntur District.

During the course of hearing, Mr.K.Jaya Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to transfer the FCOP to the Family Court, Guntur. 3.

In view of no objection reported by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Tr.C.M.P. is allowed withdrawing FCOP (HMOP) No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada Krishna District and transferring the same to the Judge Family Court, Guntur, Guntur District, for disposal in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
