ORDER:- On 28.07.2015 when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, and as such, the matter was directed to be listed on the next day under the caption "for dismissal". Even on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a final chance, it was directed to be listed on 05.08.2015 under the same caption. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
