Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the matter has been settled out of the Court, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication and therefore, the transfer criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
