This Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the respondent/ J.Dr./ Plaintiff in E.P.No.34 of 2012 in O.S.No.132 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, against the order dated 30.07.2015 issuing Rule 38 warrant against him.

2. Heard both sides at length and consensus is arrived between them.

3. In the result, the C.R.P. is disposed of directing the trial court to permit the petitioner herein to pay at Rs.8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand only) p.m. the arrears of the amount under execution. In case of default of payment of any installment, the respondent herein is entitled to proceed further on the execution. No costs.
