HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 4166 of 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) On last three occasions, we adjourned this matter at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, once again, Sri P. Karthik Ramana, learned counsel holding for Sri S. Dwarakanath, advocate on record for the petitioner, makes the similar request for adjournment stating that learned advocate for the petitioner on record is not available. When we refused to grant adjournment, he again requested to keep this matter back. We are not inclined to accept even this request. It simply appears to us that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition further, which is pending since 2005, and, therefore, repeated adjournments are sought.
