ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: ".... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 2 to 7 to produce the petitioner's younger son, by name Myneni Sravan Krishna, s/o. Pardhasarathi, aged 11 years, R/o. Teachers Colony, Backsideof Akshara School, Gudiwada Town, Krishna District, from the illegal custody of respondents 5 to 7 and for consequential direction to give custody to him and consequently direct the respondents 5 to 7 to give custody of his younger son, by name Myneni Sravan Krishna, s/o. Pardahsarathi, aged 11 years, R/o. Teachers Colony, Backsideof Akshara School, Gudiwada Town, Krishna District, and pass such other order or orders ...."

After arguing the matter for some time, Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other appropriate legal remedy. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
